Vault were tasked to optimise the customer experience of Jayco’s Refer a Friend program.

The solution? Reduce complexity & transition the reward from a physical Gift Card to a Digital Branded Mastercard, that can be added to the customers mobile wallet and topped up with funds when and as required.
